Nutrition Therapy

Melanee Dahl

MS, CNS, LDN

Hi, I’m Melanee.

I am a board certified integrative clinical nutritionist who uses a functional medicine lens to help clients manage the consequences of chronic stress and poor mental health. The CNS certification is the highest nutrition certification available in the United States.

I believe our bodies know how to be healthy; nutrition therapy simply gets the body back on track. I am also a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who melds together creating a positive relationship to food and our bodies with medical nutrition therapy. In order to enjoy lifelong health, our nutrition should be supportive to both physical and mental health.

I am the owner of IFN, a 500 hour trained trauma informed yoga teacher, and a former Advanced EMT. When I am not seeing clients or teaching yoga, I love to spend time with my husband and 3 kids, crochet, hike, travel, and binge listen to audiobooks.
