Lyndy is the owner and founder of Mind & Strength Counseling. Her expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, body image, self-esteem issues, and improving resilience.

Tracy Ellis, PsyD
Tracy is a Clinical Psychologist. As the Clinical Supervisor at Mind and Strength she provides regular clinical supervision to our associate level counselors and team member to ensure excellent client care. Her experience includes working with all ages and working with family systems, couples and individuals but she is giving more specialization in child supervision, she ensures optimal care and support for young clients.

Misty Sorenson, CSW
Misty works with adolescents and adults. She provides mental health therapy for conditions including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image. Misty has additional training using ACT approaches to body image and eating disorders to to help clients.

Rachelle Burrup, ACMHC
Rachelle expertise includes depression, anxiety, mental performance for athletes, body image and disordered eating. Her background in health and fitness gives her an advantage in helping you from a true holistic approach

Kelly Hoffman, ACMHC
Kelly works with adolescents and adults. She helps individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, body image and disordered eating, and borderline personality disorders.

Rui Zeller, CSW
Rui works with adults and couples. Her experience includes anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and body image. She has additional training in Mindfulness Stress Reduction, Internal Family System (IFS) and Gottman Method.

Janie Hansen, LCSW
Janie engages with adult adoptees, veterans, and those individual who have experienced trauma (combat/violence, incarceration, familial abuse, sexual abuse, religious trauma, and moral injury).

Debra Denning, ACMHC
Debra works closely with adolescents and their parents. She counsels young adults in dealing with anxiety, depression, and navigating relationships in an academic setting. Furthermore, she specializes in ADHD in adolescents and kids to assist clients in learning and applying coping skills to help them manage with daily stressors in life.

Breeann is our intern who is finishing up her master's degree. She specializes in working with those who have anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and relationship problems.
